Meet Manish: Your Guide to Mindful Breathing & Movement
Breathe Balance was founded by Manish, a passionate advocate for holistic well-being with a lifelong connection to mindful breathing and yoga.
Introduced to these practices in his childhood, he experienced their benefits from a young age. While life's journey led him away from consistent practice for a time, a challenging phase brought him back to the mat and breathwork. This renewed dedication to mindful breathing, asanas and connection to nature became a cornerstone of his recovery.
Driven by this personal transformation and a desire to share these powerful tools, Manish immersed himself in the art of breathwork through further self-study, experimentation, and exploration of diverse yogic traditions. This journey has given him a profound understanding of the transformative power of the breath.
An IT professional by trade, he's also an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, having founded and led OZ Outdoors, one of Sydney's most popular and highly-rated meetup groups. Through hundreds of events, from tranquil city walks to multi-day hikes across Australia, Manish has cultivated a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of breath, movement, and the natural world.
With warmth, wisdom, and a genuine desire to help others, Manish creates a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all levels to explore the power of their breath. He is dedicated to empowering you to find greater peace, balance, and joy in your daily life through the simple yet profound practice of mindful breathing and movement. At Breathe Balance, we're passionate about building a thriving community centred around mindful breathing and movement. In the coming months and years, we plan to expand our offerings to include:
More Classes: We'll be adding more morning and evening classes, both on weekdays and weekends, to make it even easier to find a session that fits your schedule.
Intermediate and Advanced Workshops: We'll introduce specialised workshops for those looking to deepen their practice and explore more challenging techniques.
Integrated App and Website: We're exploring the development of a dedicated app and member zone on our website to provide a seamless and personalised experience for our community.
Expanding our Reach: We may explore expanding our offerings beyond Sydney, either through online programs or partnerships.
Retreats and Immersions: We envision offering weekend retreats and immersive experiences in beautiful settings that combine breathwork, yoga, and nature connection.
