These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and deepen your connection with nature.

  • Monthly Nature Hikes: Join us for half-day or longer nature hikes through Sydney's stunning harbour and landscapes, integrating mindful breathing and movement with breathtaking views.

  • Ad-Hoc Yoga Sessions: Look out for special outdoor yoga sessions to complement your weekly practice.

Bi-Weekly Online Event:

  • Bi-Weekly "Breathe Together" Sessions: Connect with our community and experience guided breathwork from the comfort of your home.

  • Free Community Retreats: Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy various activities and relaxation. (Our next retreat is during the Easter Weekend, 18th to 20th April, at The Basin Campground!)
